Each element of the retreat is designed to support clarity, emotional resilience, and meaningful personal insight in a contained and thoughtfully facilitated environment.

Spacious , Guided Daily Rhythm

Each day unfolds within a thoughtfully guided rhythm designed to support presence, reflection, and meaningful personal insight.

Participants move through a balanced flow of guided experiential sessions, quiet integration time, and opportunities for rest or connection.

While personal reflection is central to the experience, the retreat also offers space for respectful and intentional connection with other participants. Many women find that being witnessed — and witnessing others — deepens their own process in unexpected and supportive ways.

Rather than following a rigid timetable, the retreat allows space for individual pacing while maintaining a clear and professionally facilitated container.

Light refreshments are available throughout the day, and evenings transition into personal integration time so insights can settle naturally.

Each day may include:

• Grounding and arrival practices
• Guided experiential sessions
• Personal reflection time
• Small-group dialogue and shared insight
• Time outdoors or personal rest
• Closing reflection and integration

Group sizes are intentionally limited to support privacy, depth, and meaningful personal attention.

A Thoughtfully Curated Group Experience

This retreat is created for women who feel quietly ready for meaningful inner change within a thoughtfully guided environment.

Women who join this retreat are often drawn toward:

• greater clarity or life direction
• space to reconnect with themselves
• emotional maturity and self-responsibility
• meaningful transformation rather than surface-level wellness
• privacy and depth in a small group setting

Many women attending are navigating transitions, professional pressure, relationship changes, or internal turning points.

This retreat is intentionally small and carefully guided to support genuine insight, grounded integration, and sustainable personal change.

A Carefully Held and Professionally Guided Environment

Each retreat is supported by experienced facilitators trained in relational presence, emotional attunement, and trauma-informed care.

The environment is intentionally designed to feel calm, grounded, and psychologically safe. Participants are guided through preparation, supported during experiential processes, and offered structured integration practices to help insights translate into meaningful life change.

Small group size allows facilitators to remain attentive and responsive to each participant’s pace and individual needs.

Many women describe this level of professional support as one of the most reassuring aspects of the experience.

• Individual preparation conversations before the retreat

• Clear emotional and relational boundaries

• Structured post-retreat integration support

• Consistent facilitator presence throughout the experience

• A calm, private, and professionally guided environment

A short conversation to explore readiness, questions, and intentions
  • "The Canopy staff are truly amazing. I always feel so held, supported, and cared for. Their knowledge and experience is deep and they are endlessly refining their craft. As a therapist, I don’t always get to feel held and supported. There’s no one else I would journey with. "
